Core Pilates Sausalito at 1907 Bridgeway, Sausalito, California.

Went here for a few months. Went with pilates so I could still get a great workout combined with taking care of my lower back. I tried a couple of others, Core Pilates was unique. They have a different more strenuous program with a wider variety of innovative classes. they seem to encompass the basic pilates program but add quite a bit of new things proprietary to them. The atmosphere is younger with good music.
